Ahmad grew up on the South Side of Chicago and moved to Tinley Park during his freshman year of high school. He is currently at Moraine Valley Community College, majoring in Kinesiology, with plans to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).

Ahmad first became interested in physical therapy after injuring his knee and going through rehab, where he discovered a passion for the field. Growing up, he was actively involved in multiple sports, including soccer, wrestling, basketball, football, and track, with a particular focus on football and track and field.

From a young age, Ahmad has been drawn to the healthcare field, driven by a desire to help others regain their physical strength and well-being. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and playing flag football.
